Bidding Process: If a bid is placed with less than one (1) minute remaining, the bidding period will automatically extend so that one (1) minute remains for competing bids. Each additional bid resets the timer to one (1) minute. When no further bids are placed, the lot closes when the timer expires.

Buyer’s Premium: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids to determine the total purchase price.

Deposit Amount: Your deposit must equal 25% of your requested bidding limit (your “approved bidding limit”).
Bidding Limit Calculation: Your approved bidding limit will be 4× the deposit received.
Example: A $10,000 deposit = approval to bid up to $40,000.
Acceptable Deposit Forms: Cashier’s check, postal money order, wire transfer, or cash. Note: Credit card authentication does not satisfy the deposit requirement.
Payable to: All deposits must be made payable to Maltz Auctions, Inc.
Deposit Refunds: Any unspent deposit will be refunded within 3 business days following the close of the auction.
