By Virtue of a warrant issued by the Commissioner of Taxation and Finance of the State of New York, to me directed and delivered, against the goods and chattels, lands and tenements of GJV Foods Inc. I have seized and taken all right, title and interest of said GJV Foods Inc in and to the following described property, to wit: CONTENTS OF RESTAURANT. DINING AND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT. Which I shall expose to sale as the law directs, on Wednesday FEBRUARY 28, 2018, at  10:00AM  at 5990 Jericho Turnpike, Commack, NY 11725.
