Auction Date & Time:  Monday, March 28th at 2:00 pm.  Only Qualified Bidders as Defined in the Bid Procedures are Qualified to Participate.

Auction Location:  The Offices of Delbello Donnellan Weingarten Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP, One North Lexington Avenue, White Plains, New York 10601.

Terms & Conditions of Sale: Sold free and clear of all liens, claims & encumbrances.  A $385,000 offer has been accepted, subject to higher bids at the auction, with the next bid to be in the minimum amount of $410,000.  In order to register to bid, all prospective bidders must provide a good faith deposit in the form of a $100,000 cashier’s check made payable to Delbello Donnellan Weingarten Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP Escrow Account.  Closing must occur within 7 days following entry of a court order approving the sale. Please download the complete Bid Procedures and Terms and Conditions of Sale.
