Terms & Conditions of Sale: Sold free and clear of all liens, claims & encumbrances. A $385,000 offer has been accepted, subject to higher bids at the auction, with the next bid to be in the minimum amount of $410,000. In order to register to bid, all prospective bidders must provide a good faith deposit in the form of a $100,000 cashier’s check made payable to Delbello Donnellan Weingarten Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP Escrow Account.
