Sale of Majority Controlling Interest in Winick Realty Group LLC

Sale of the Debtor’s right, title, and interest in and to a direct and indirect 63% interest in Winick Realty Group LLC (www.winick.com), a leading commercial leasing brokerage firm in the New York City Metropolitan Area.

Access to the Comprehensive Data Room Available Upon Completion of the Confidentiality Agreement (Call for Agreement).

The Trustee, Through his Broker, has Received and Accepted a $310,000 Offer.  The Next Acceptable Bid at the Auction will be in the Minimum Amount of $330,000.

Bidder Qualification Deliverables:  A cashier’s check in the amount of $77,500 made payable to “Gregory Messer, Chapter 7 trustee”, and signed Bidding Procedures, must be delivered to Maltz Auctions, 39 Windsor Place, Central Islip, NY 11722 before the Bidder Qualification Deadline.

Bidder Qualification Deadline: Tuesday, November 9, 2021, 2021 by 10:45 Am.

Auction Date & Time: Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 11:00 Am.  Only Qualified Bidders as defined in Asset Purchase Agreement are qualified to participate.
