Directions: North on New York Avenue which turns into East Shore Road.  Turn Right onto Kanes Lane (Across from Huntington Yacht Club) and continue straight onto Baycrest Drive (Kanes Lane turns into Baycrest Drive).  Upon Reaching Stone Piers for the Bay Crest Association continue straight.  After continuing straight the road makes a sharp right to continue to the water.  Do not turn right, instead continue straight to 30 Baycrest Drive by taking the driveway on the right (do not follow the road to the right or you will head towards the water).

Terms & Conditions of Sale:  Property will be sold free and clear of all liens, claims & encumbrances.  In order to register to bid, all prospective bidders must present a cashier’s check in an amount of $195,000 made payable to “Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf Escrow Account”.  Closing shall occur on February 29, 2015. Please download the complete Terms and Conditions of Sale.  The Liquidating Agent, through his Auctioneer, has received and accepted a $2,600,000 bid, with the next acceptable bid at the public auction to be in the minimum amount of $2,700,000.

Buyer’s Premium:  A six percent (6%) Buyer’s Premium will be added to the Successful Bidder’s high bid to determine the contract price to be paid by the Successful Bidder.
