By Virtue of a warrant issued by the Commissioner of Taxation and Finance of the State of New York, to me directed and delivered, against the goods and chattels, lands and tenements of DYCKMAN ON SHERMAN SPIRITS, LLC. I have seized and taken all right, title and interest of said DYCKMAN ON SHERMAN SPIRITS, LLC in and to the following described property to wit: THE CONTENTS OF A LIQUOR STORE.  Which I shall expose to sale as the law directs, on Thursday November 3rd, 2016 AT 10:00 AM at DYCKMAN ON SHERMAN SPIRITS, LLC,178 Sherman Avenue, New York, NY 10034.
