By Virtue of a warrant issued by the Commissioner of Taxation and Finance of the State of New York, to me directed and delivered, against the goods and chattels, lands and tenements of Vitis LLC. I have seized and taken all right, title and interest of said Vitis, LLC in and to the following described property to wit: WINE, LIQUOR and FIXTURES, which I shall expose to sale as the law directs, on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2016 AT 11:00 AM at VITIS llc, 410 MAMARONECK AVE, MAMARONECK, NY 10543.
*NOTE: Wine and Liquor will be sold only to bidders who possess a current/valid New York State Liquor License
and must present original at time of Auction. Tax Compliance Agent.
