By Virtue of a warrant issued by the Commissioner of Taxation and Finance of the State of New York, pursuant of Section 1141B of the Tax Law, in favor of the People of the State of New York and against MS Wine Shop, Inc. d/b/a Best Buy Wines & Liquors to me directed and delivered, I hereby levy on the right, title and interest of MS Wine Shop, Inc. d/b/a Best Buy Wines & Liquors, in and to all personal property located on these premises, 701 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 and will sell the same as directed by law unless this warrant is otherwise satisfied.
*NOTE: Wine and Liquor will be sold only to bidders who possess a current/valid New York State Liquor License and must present original at time of Auction*

Terms & Conditions of Sale: A 25% deposit in cash or certified funds will be required at the time of knockdown of bid.
