  • PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the property to be sold at the public sale consists of all assets of the Debtor, wherever located, whether now existing or hereafter arising or acquired, including without limitation all accounts, chattel paper, deposit accounts, documents, equipment, fixtures, general intangibles (including intellectual property), goods, instruments, inventory, investment property, letter-of-credit rights, money, and all proceeds and products of any of the foregoing (collectively, the “Collateral”), as described in Section 2 of the Security Agreement, dated as of February 11, 2026, between the Debtor and the Secured Party (the “Security Agreement”).


Bidder Qualification Deadline: Tuesday, September 15, 2026 by 4:00 pm. Executed Terms & Conditions of Sale along with a $35,000 deposit via wire transfer or certified check are required for consideration by any interested party and submitted directly to Maltz (Requests for wiring instructions should be sent to Maltz).

Bid Delivery Location: Maltz Auctions, 39 Windsor Place, Central Islip, NY 11722.

Auction Date & Time: Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST.

Auction Location: Virtual Auction.
