Auction Date & Time:  Monday, August 2nd at 1:00 pm.

Inspection:  Available by Appointment. There will NOT be an inspection/viewing on the day of the auction.  If you wish to view the diamonds, you must make an appointment prior to the auction.  The diamonds will not be present at the auction.

Auction Location:  United States Bankruptcy Court Southern District of New York, 1 Bowling Green, New York, NY 10004.

Terms& Conditions of Sale:  All bidders are required to present a bank or certified check in the amount of $100,000.00 to bid in bulk, or $25,000.00 to bid individually.  Additional deposits will be required from all individual bidders in $25,000.00 increments once they have spent $100,000.00, as well as name, address and telephone number or bid paddle number.
